Shipping Policy

- We currently ship with DHL to Germany and EU countries. About shipments abroad, please contact us first through coole.teile@gmail.com

- Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery address and order size.
   Germany: from €4.19
   Orders over €100: free shipping
   EU: from €10.49

- Unless otherwise stated in the individual product offer, delivery takes place within 2–5 business days in Germany and within 5–10 business days for deliveries within the EU or abroad.

- If an item is made to order, delivery times may be longer. In this case, we will inform you by email.

- For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, provided this is made available by the shipping carrier.

- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the reshipping costs.

Returns

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

- How to request a return:
  Please send an email to coole.teile@gmail.com with the following information:
  Order number, items you wish to return, reason for return.
